I’ve been doing business with Jonas the owner and his great employees for several years and they have been great Kudos to Jose and Brandon great tech guys that know their stuff. Jonas sold me a r15 Alienware top of the line gaming computer for my golf simulator set up. Unfortunately, the Processor wasn’t compatible nor was it recommended to use with some of my applications. I went back to Jonas and explained the situation to him. He was so accommodating that he switched out the AMD for the Intel that I needed hassle free. Now my set up is complete. I had taken my computer to another repair shop and they did not diagnose the issue for 48 hours. I picked up my computer and drove across town to gadgetmates and they diagnosed the issue and had my computer fixed in less than 2 hours. Excellent customer service and follow through. I highly recommend gadgetmates and will use them for future needs
