Billy was incredibly helpful. I had my phone fixed in just a couple of hours and less that $100. My ONLY complaint is that now my front camera has hecka dust trapped in it. I can SEE the dust on the lens...and I can barely use my front camera. But my screen isn't broken anymore so...

After getting quoted and using other gadget repair services, I noticed Device Masters as a newer business with all 5 star reviews, which seemed to be authentic so I decided to drop by and get a quote.After receiving a quote that was up to 40% lower than other businesses, it was a no-brainer to move forward as I was just getting a new screen for an iPhone 7 that I am using temporarily. Was very satisfied with how things turned out and I will be going back soon to get free diagnostic check on my iPhone 12 and daughters iPad.

I went for a walk in with a faulty charging port on an iPhone 11. The man I talked to was significantly more than helpful after more problems were found when I came back to pick it up. I left incredibly satisfied and have already recommended this business to my friends and family! Some of the absolute best services I have had in a very long time!
