Flowers at Lakeside is an AWESOME florist! My son & I purchased flowers, from a picture online, there this week. When I picked them up, they were way SMALLER then we expected because we ordered PREMIUM. So I panicked and called my son and said this isn't what you were expecting! They are horrible! My son was purposing to his girl the next day . As I'm complaing to my son, they were trying to figure a way to make it better! They told me we could have refund if we'd like, or we can put it in a taller vase. I wasn't expecting that so my panick started to calm down! They accommodated me with kindness. Due to time zone differences, there were times that my messages were too early or after opening hours. Yet, they manage to reply to acknowledge my messages. The receiver appeciates and likes the sympathy flowers. Thank you! ?

I was dreading having to settle arrangements for a death in the family and I could not have been more apathetic about my needs for flowers, however the customer service I walked into at Lakeside florist was wonderful to say the least. I was acknowledged immediately upon arrival, I was treated professionally and the staff was quite knowledgeable and tailor made me an arrangement that would make my family find the best possible setup and I could not be more grateful and recommend this florist to any and all searchers. Prices were quite reasonable to boot.
