I scheduled an appointment with Bermet conveniently through text and she was very accommodating of my schedule! I booked for a 90 minute facial. The location was easy to find and the suite was so clean! It was decorated with a nice waiting area and I was offered light refreshments before my visit. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen right away. The facial was amazing! It was my first time getting one so I didn't know what to expect but Bermet talked me through each step and how they would benefit my skin. She always made sure I was comfortable especially during the extractions. I've struggled with adult acne for 7 years and after my first visit, I have not had any new breakouts which is insane for me. We still have a long way to go but I am very excited to go back for my next visit with Bermet and will be booking regularly. She is sweet, gentle and knowledgeable. Loved meeting Bermet, she was so friendly soon as I walked in. The entire facial session was soothing, and better than what I had expected as a first-timer. The enzyme she used for my pores and sebaceous filaments was amazing. I typically use a nose pore strip to get rid of those but the enzyme mask/scrub took care of it for the most part, without needing any painful extractions or strips.
