Extremely disappointed with Volkswagen of Centennial and Volkswagen’s handling of a serious safety issue. My leased vehicle is under an active recall for a fire risk, yet there is no available remedy, and I was explicitly advised to park the vehicle outside due to the danger. Despite this, Volkswagen of Centennial refused to provide a loaner or alternative transportation.
They had no problem selling and leasing the vehicle, but when a legitimate safety issue arises, they offer no real support or accountability. Being told “the decision to drive is yours” while acknowledging a fire risk is unacceptable.
The service department at Volkswagen of Centennial has been completely unhelpful and dismissive, offering no solutions and no sense of urgency. This is not how a company should treat customers—especially when safety is involved.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a Volkswagen or doing business with Volkswagen of Centennial. Once they have your money, you are on your own.

The folks at Centennial VW are great. This was our first car purchase here since findlay left. It was an outstanding experience. Billy, our salesman was still here from our last purchase a few years ago. So glad he is. He is fantastic. Thanks for a seamless, hassle free purchasing experience.

Horrible experience! I brought my car in due to a maintenance light coming on for the engine and they told me they would reach out once the part is in since it was back ordered supposedly. It’s been a year and never heard back. My car isn’t even 3 yrs old.

I told Tobias what I wanted and was willing to spend up front but instead of being straight up he tried to pressure me into getting a more expensive car or a totally different car!!! I know they want the commission but once I’m gone with the car I’m responsible for it and the payments! If you can’t meet the consumer where they are then tell them that at the very beginning!!! Don’t try to make them take anything just so u can make a sale!

Don't shop here. They won't do any deals over the phone in 2025. They will try everything to get you in the store even lie and tell you vehicle is there when its not. The sales guy Andy Roque got all my information and i gave him my offer and instead of being professional completely ignored my calls and emails. He was completely rude when k did talk to him. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time buying from this dealership! If I could give it minus stars I would.

The dealership and service dept is the best . any issues they fix right the first time. Professional and courteous they always do a great job . They are awesome i have a 2016 VW tiguan with about 95,000 and it runs like new .

Horrible customer service and communication. Said they fixed my gas door area but it was exactly the same when I got it back and they know they screwing me so they are ignoring me. I'll be contacting the customer warranty to report their fraud!
