He was very professional and let me know what was going on and talked to me about my options. I can appreciate the transparency that way I’m not blind sided with costs in the end. I have used Fast and Affordable service for the last four years and they are ALWAYS amazing. In the midst of heat waves they will always respond. Technicians are highly qualified and respectful. Happy Mother's Day to us! Had guests coming over and we cranked up the air to keep it cool and the upstairs unit wanted not only a day off, but full on retirement. The 5 ton unit was dead! I was referred to Fast Affordable Air by a friend that is in the industry. I'm grateful for the recommendation because they were exactly what the name of the company implies... Fast & Affordable.
