Great work at a fair price. Peterson Dynamics did a great job changing out the Dual Mass Flywheel on my Volkswagen Jetta. I plan on using them again for some other maintenance updates in the near future.

Chris is awesome. Super knowledgeable and took care of my older vehicle quickly AND HONESTLY! Which is so rare with auto service nowadays. If you have a European vehicle this is the only place you will need!

Peterson Dynamics Automotive is an exceptional European auto maintenance and repair organization ... owned and operated by an exceptional gentleman, Chris Peterson. I first met Chris several months back, while driving home from work. My 2013 BMW Z4 35is (E89) popped a 'Check Oil System' advisory on the status display ... and I immediately pulled over and attempted to locate a European auto repair facility (via cell phone) closet to my 'then' location. As luck would have it, Peterson Dynamics Automotive was located two blocks north of my position off Arville. When I pulled in front of Chris' shop, his service garage door started opening almost immediately and out walked a smiling Chris. He instantly inquired as to, "What's up with the Bimmer?" ... and I explained about my unexpected 'Oil System' advisory. He had me pull into the garage and got right to work diagnosing the issue. A quick fifteen minutes later, I was driving away a 'happy' customer ... in a once again 'happy' BMW - confidently knowing that Chris was now my mechanic of choice. I returned to Peterson Dynamics Automotive, a few weeks later (coordinated via the web site scheduling tool), for a full oil service and a brake fluid flush. Additionally, I requested Chris to install several anodized oil cooler thermostat 'eye candy' parts (owner supplied) during the oil service ... and to switch out all four 'aftermarket' brake caliper covers (owner supplied) during the brake service. All work was completed expertly ... and expeditiously. I returned to Peterson Dynamics Automotive in mid-July with a 'big box' of parts (repeat: a BIG box of parts!) and a lengthy list of requested 'performance enhancement and service-life extension' modifications for my 2013 Z4. Chris never blinked twice! - He just smiled and got to work knocking items off my 'to do' listing. When all work was finally completed, the Z4 ran spectacularly and was now equipped with a new enhanced intercooler; new aluminum 'hot and cold side' charge pipes; two new front/ rear turbochargers and manifolds; new silicone turbo inlet piping; two new aluminum diverter valves; new silicone diverter valve tubing; two new aluminum vacuum cannisters and associated silicone vacuum tubing; a new silicone coolant system tubing kit; new Dinan performance ignition coils; new crank seal/ serpentine belt protection plate; new serpentine belt, idler pulleys and belt tensioner; new all-aluminum water pump; new engine thermostat; new enhanced oil cooler thermostat; and a new all-aluminum PCV valve. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE FINAL RESULTS ON MY VEHICLE. In fact, I'm so happy that I plan to bring my wife's 2017 BMW 640i Gran Coupe into Chris for a number of 'performance enhancement and service-life extension' modifications also.Bottom line: If you're in the market for or need a top-rated professional mechanic for your European machine (or some other exotic) ... then I would recommend Chris Peterson (Peterson Dynamics Automotive) without any reservation whatsoever. Chris is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear in all communications. He has accrued extensive experience on many makes and models ... and his pricing structure is very reasonable. In fact, if the Service/ Maintenance Contract on your European auto has expired, then I would firmly suggest you make Peterson Dynamics Automotive your 'first' stop for service(s).
