Attention to customers: The owner of this nail salon, Diana Diem, has bought merchandise from my business, but the package took a long time to arrive during which we thought was lost, so I sent her a replacement package while UPS worked on finding the other one. I told her if she received the original one to send it back to me. About 2 weeks ago, I got notified by UPS that it had arrived, I politely asked her to send it back but she refuses and denies any acceptance of the package, essentially stealing it. I won't be going anywhere else again, I know that! I go here and see Vee for my manicures. She's great, works fast. I only get my nails short and nude, and they always look clean and stay strong. I've also come for pedicures with my Mom and they're always really good. Mom's on blood thinning medications and was a little apprehensive about having one (cutting and scraping an whatnot), but they were really attentive and gentle with her. Overall it's a good experience.
