We have really liked how professional and friendly all their service guys have been that come to the house. And also office staff. They are honest and aren’t telling you you need all kinds of work, but tell you when possibly you will.
Just finished a whole house remodel and had Art who did an excellent job do a ductwork cleaning. Afterwards had Nathan do a fall check up on my heating system. Everything turned out well and he did suggest replacing a valve which he said wax sticking. An appointment was made for the additional maintenance. I’ve been working with elite for years and would recommend them to anyone. Professional and knowledgeable employees.
This is the BEST air conditioning company in Las Vegas area !!! we’ve been using them for about five years and they never disappointed us. They never try to upsell things you don’t need and they technicians are very professional . We had Christy came over today one hour after we called him and she fixed our air conditioning which was very very helpful because we have little kids and dogs in the house .
