DO NOT USE!! Irresponsible, poor communication. Refused to respond to complaints of damage they did cleaning a house. Someone named "Gene" promised he'd call back, but never did, and somehow he "wasn't available" when trying to reach him. They never understood what "deep clean" means. Half hour late on scheduled day, said they "lost address", even though a phone call day before confirmed it. Gave them detailed list, which must have been too hard to follow, despite our frequent checks for understanding. Hid broken picture frames behind chair. DO NOT USE!! Irresponsible, poor job, poor communication, lying. Unresponsive to complaints about damage they did while 'cleaning' house for their first time. Damage included hiding broken picture frame behind a chair, rendering a fireplace inoperable, and treating laminate floors with what they later called "an industrial solution" which caused multiple slips and falls. One with poor English handed us off to someone named "Gene" for our complaint about the fireplace. We had asked and specifically instructed we wanted the protective chain curtain dusted only - nothing inside the fireplace. So, they did the inside of the fireplace, and it... read full review
