Had ECO come to resolve tripping GFIC problem in kitchen. Tech replaced GFIC and outlet behind fridge. Thought we were done, but the next day the new GFIC tripped again. ECO promptly came back that afternoon, analyzed the refrigerator voltage as being faulty...NO CHARGE for the return trip. Of course we had to replace the fridge. I just had a Whole-house Surge protector and a video doorbell installed by Eco Electric and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Robert gave me a fair estimate and was punctual, clear and professional.
The work itself was done by Angel Franco, and he was outstanding. He worked efficiently and showed real skill and attention to details. He made sure everything was completed to the highest standard and left the area clean when he finished.
