Tal and his crew were remarkable! From the day I had them over to inspect my ducts, I got a sense that Tal really cared about the quality of work he puts forth. He presented me with a few different options, and we decided to not only have the ducts cleaned extensively, but have a new A/C unit installed. The morning of the job, Tal and crew arrived on time and began the job. They worked all day long, and were extremely polite, neat, clean, and professional. I will be recommending Duct-Pro to other residents in our building. The staff were thorough and professional. They reviewed all of the potential problem areas of the HVAC system and provided before and after photos and videos to show the level of dirt and debris accumulation. The work was completed on schedule. The technician reviewed all of the work performed. Great work! This is an essential step for new homeowners!

This was my second time using Duct Pro. I am very pleased with service received. Tal and his partner are wonderful. Both were very kind and we felt well taken care of. I had my duct cleaned as well as my dryer. I’m only using Duct Pro from here on out.
