My family and I usually have a great experience at this location. In fact, we prefer to drive 30 minutes from our home to come here, rather than go to the one closer, because of the consistently positive service. However, today's visit left me disappointed. I called ahead to let them know we'd be running about five minutes late for my daughter's appointment. The person I spoke with informed me of their 15-minute grace period, but her tone was dry and dismissive. While I was being friendly and polite, she seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. Front desk people aren't very personable or friendly, very dry attitude. Selection isn't that great to choose from, bought two glasses regular and one sunglasses not a fan of either... read full review
This is my 3rd time at this location & I will continue to come back. The customer service is exceptional from beginning to end. Destiny, Paulette, Shaun, Kelly & Leigh & of course Dr. Bayerkohler thank you again for everything and keep up the FANTASTIC WORK.
