Never answering the phone , simple Covid test result phone call isn’t so simple with these people and their staff. Besides that doctors they are good though

Came in as a walk in and had a horrible experience. Came in front desk employees were so rude. I am a current patient and had new insurance and they wanted me to reregister me as a new patient plus they told me that they had their whole system changed. They also gave me another patient's paperwork with their name and social and everything you need to steal an identity. This place is not a place for you to come and get checked in horrible customer service as soon as you walk in. This can be a violation of hippa.. will need to get better. Also front desk needs to stay off their phones and assist customers.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE WILL NEED TO GET FIRED for me to give improvement.

Terrible terrible customer service from front desk... Warning! The two young lady's at the front desk are stealing patients credit card information mostly from elderly patients. My mother is a patient from here and after giving her credit card information there has been random purchases in her account. Last week I went to confront the manager and let her know what was going on and she said she was going to see what she can do but when I went back to the clinic on Friday (07/26/24) those same lady's are still working here. We already filed a police report. Please if you come here don't give your credit card information nor pay with card!

It was so bad I mean like if you come here your going to have to wait at least an hour also they don't even turn on their AC. Plus the front desk employees are so mean also when we ask them they get mad.They say they did blood work and after that they give us back the paperwork that they can't do blood work.

When we came here it took 40 minutes+ and also it was so hot here I don't recommend coming.
