Dr. Gupta was great, I could tell she was very skilled and knowledgeable during my eye exam and I am happy to have booked on appointment here to get my eyes checked and get a new pair of glasses.
Today was my first time here and although I did not see the doctor Alma made me feel like any of the regular patients. The frame of my glasses came loose and I lost the screw. I called my regular optometrist and they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. I called Desert Eye Center and they told me to come in before 5 and they would see what they could do. I was a little nervous at first because of the outside of the building but once I opened the door, I felt a lot better. The office was beautiful and the staff members I interacted with were very nice and attentive! Thank you for fixing my glasses today in such a short time.
They saw me on the same day. I had a very annoying eye infection. Doctor did a full scan of both my eyes to make sure there is nothing serious happening in the back, than proscribed an ointment. I started feeling better from the first day.
