Firstly - order the reviews by date, the low ones are older, recent reviews are favorable.
Bought a full detail with Groupon, I had wondered if I needed an appointment - nobody at the business was picking up the phone and their website seems defunct. So I went over and they took the car right away, just need to allow them enough time. Nobody out front or in the waiting room when I arrived, but one of the workers found the duty manager for me quickly once asked. He was friendly and welcoming and explained the time needed and that the interior would still be damp upon pick up. So, no surprises. I saw lots of negative reviews about this place, but noted they were many years ago. I went there in late January and again today, late March, and found their service to be quite good and efficient. I was in a bit of a time crunch and told them as much. I got the service I needed/wanted and was finished in good time.

Went here for the first time yesterday and I was completely satisfied with every single bit of the wash and detail! It is a bit pricey but I don't mind paying a little more for an excellent job.
