Scheduled a date and time and they never showed up. He texted me an hour before he was supposed to come saying he accidently double booked. I called three times and texted him multiple times to see if he would be coming later or the next day (we had a deadline we needed it done by). He never answered and I had to hire someone else. We missed our deadline because I was told they would be able to do it in time and they ghosted me. Super unprofessional. It was a blessing though because the other company I hired was $150 less and actually showed up! (I actually spoke to 2 separate people involved with the company and both ended up ignoring me 😅)

I had an excellent experience with Delfino. I found them via Google and shocked they were willing to give me an estimate on a Friday night… and floored they were able to fit us in two days later, on Monday! The work was done accurately and looked good. I’m very excited to work with Delfino on the future beautification of my yard!

I spoke with them on the phone and scheduled a time for them to come look at my irrigation system and they no call no showed. Wasted my time. They also stopped responding to texts and calls. Very rude and unprofessional.

Booked an emergency appointment and they assured they would arrive in the morning. Unfortunately they ignored our calls and never showed up and now we are scrambling to find somebody else. If you can't make the appointment, please answer the phone or call and let us know? No-call no showing is extremely rude and unprofessional.
