Danielle and staff made the services for my brother easy. Danielle was on top of everything, answering every question we had and would get back to us very quick with an answer if she didn't have it. I had waited and waited to write this review to give it some more time but enough time had passed now to rate this overall experience poor. The initial “consultation” to set everything up went very smoothly, as smoothly as it could while you’re trying to process what you’re doing while trying to grasp your loved one has passed away, suddenly and unexpectedly. It took 4 grueling hours to make all decisions while trying to think and understand everything and Cindy was very understanding, patient, and helpful. Now we get to the communication piece of everything after they’ve been paid and that’s been awful. Missed phone calls with no return phone calls, people answering who can’t give answers to your questions because they’re not the person who you set everything up with (simple questions about urn prices), LACK of communication. Countless emails with no responses. I’m going on one week today with no follow up from an email that the manager of this facility sent me. No idea where anything is in regard to the process of anything, there’s been no follow up. Not even sure if what I had requested was obtained successfully. I know nothing. My family opted to cancel their urn order because of the lack of follow up and communication and decided to purchase one elsewhere. I wished I did the same but unfortunately I already paid for mine. Unfortunately, this kind of business is unavoidable for obvious reasons but this location will be avoided next time.

Davis helped when my dad passed a few years ago and now more recently with my mom . They were super helpful and provided all the details and info we needed. There was no up selling or pressure at all

Davis funeral home was very attentive and kept me informed with the whole paperwork process. Now the sister associate which is Las Vegas cremations… I had a hard time getting ahold of Dom. I was hoping for an update on Brice’s cremation date and how soon he could be to Nebraska but no information or call backs. Wish I would have stayed with Davis.
