My elderly parents required a replacement for their broken window. I reached out to them from out of town and informed them that I only be in town for a few days and needed the replacement as soon as possible. They arranged to meet me on Thursday, the day I arrived. Due to the double panel, they were unable to install it following day. I conveyed that I was departing on Sunday and needed the installation before my departure. The technician mentioned that even though they are closed on weekends, he would make a special trip to install it on Saturday. True to his word, he arrived on Saturday and performed an excellent job! During a recent major wind event, an upstairs window blew out, but the glass did not break. I spent all morning trying to find a window/glass repair company to come to our home. Shelby returned my call and said he would have someone come over between 10 and 12 am. Daniel arrived at 10:30 and reinstalled the window. We are so appreciative of the fast response and very reasonable fee. We highly recommend Cut Rate Glass.
