I went for an exam and they were unable to provide me with a prescription due to a medical condition. They referred me to a specialist and promised me that when I received treatment and my condition improved, that I could return for a free prescription. No conditions were given. What a bunch of incompetent employees. Never acknowledge you or greeted stood there waiting for 30 minutes. Costco should retrain there employees in customer service. Kudos to Janny who finally helped me out. I will never go back here again. I will file a complaint to head quarters. Everyone should be treated with respect.
