They were incredibly professional and were able to get the restoration done as soon as possible. James was excellent with communicating with my insurance company. Bryce was great with communicating and scheduling days/times to get the steps done.
All staff was friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable woth getting this job done.
Would absolutely recommend.
Phillip and his team were amazing. They clean up after all the work, they show up on time and explain everything that needs to be done. If I needed work done again. I would request him and Abraham every time. We appreciate you guys and honestly with all the work that was done in the house I felt like they became apart of the family. We’ll miss seeing them
Regrettably, we experienced water damage in two separate bathrooms within the span of a year. However, we were fortunate to engage Copper Creek for the restoration work. Their expertise not only addressed the damage but also allowed us to implement upgrades. We are exceptionally pleased with the outcome; their meticulous approach and attention to detail are evident throughout. The transformation from initial damage to the current state is truly remarkable. Special thanks to Alex and Efrain for their outstanding efforts in ensuring everything was executed flawlessly!
