Our air conditioner failed mid May, not the hottest part of the year but mid 80’s made it uncomfortable for sure. We called Ian at Cool Concepts and he scheduled a tech for the very next day. Dave showed up within the window of time promised, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. Unfortunately, a few hours after he left it stopped working again. I called Cool Concepts after hours on a Friday night left a message and 10 minutes later, Hubert called me back. He asked me some questions and told me he would be there at 8:00 am the next morning on Saturday! Turns out another part had failed on our 20 year old unit. I would highly recommend using this Company. My AC wasn’t working. I called one company they wanted to charge me over $2000 said I needed to replace a bunch of parts so I called Cool Concepts for a second opinion. I was told by Norm it would cost me $350 To get my AC working again, all it needed was Freon Didn’t need any of the parts that the other company was trying to charge me for
I was recommended to Cool Concepts Air From my sister. I had my old unit for at least 20 years and every year I had air conditioning problems. Norm and his crew came out put a new air conditioning system. Great job Norm and his crew are very professional. Very nice and very reasonable. Definitely recommend them.Patti G
