I rated Joseph 5 stars and I wish there was more stars for his rating. Joseph is knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. He takes time to explain everything in a manner that is understandable and patient. He quickly resolved a serious hacking problem while honoring his pricing with no upsale or price increases. He is the go-to professional for any computer related problem, I highly recommend him!!!!
My MSI laptop had the blue screen of death, but Joseph came to my house, worked his magic and save my laptop. He was extremely professional, explained what he was doing, saved all my documents.
Called and talked to Joe about my issue with my AIO computer. He explained everything well and showed up when he said he would. Had my computer for a couple days, couldn't replicate the issue but provided some great insight. Also upgraded the RAM, which seems to be working so far, issue hasn't happened again! If you have computer/laptop issues, I highly recommend Joe and his team!!
