Referred by Apple Store to get replacement battery on older MacBook Pro. Irving was pleasant, knowledgeable and good communication. Battery was ordered and replacement done within 48 hr - great turnaround as I am heading out of town. Additionally, I had the option of keeping my MacBook until the replacement battery was in or leaving it at the store until replacement done. This minimized time I was without my computer to a few hours. Overall highly recommended.

I recently went to Computer Doctor BG to replace the battery in my Macbook as it had suddenly died and I needed it done quickly. They had the new battery ordered the same day (Saturday) and had the battery replaced by Tuesday morning. Thats not the only reason why I’m giving them 5 stars though, they have been honest with me several other times I’ve stopped in needling help and have given me cost saving alternatives even if it meant sacrificing a bit of business. That kind of honesty means a lot to me and they’ll always have my business as a result.
