I have moved my 85 year old Dad in with us, Called Mark at Chermac Builders, He came out looked and made suggestions on a walk in shower. It turned out amazing my Dad feels so safe and comfortable in his new shower! Great craftsmanship!!!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for any home improvements

We wanted to change an unused ovaI bathtub and small stall shower to a large walk-in/roll-in ADA shower. We can't say enough about Chermac Builders. All the work was fully permitted, slab, electrical, plumbing, framing, insulation and final inspection. Another company I got an estimate from said they do NO permitting! Mark, the owner, is a great guy. Fully knowledgeable in construction and in ADA requirements. They've been in business over 55 years! Jerry, his right hand man, was fastidious. His work it's impeccable as they strive for perfection. He also oversaw the other crafts involved, electrical, plumbing, tile, cultured marble and glass. If I had it to do again I'd go right back to Mark at Chermac!

Mark and his crew at Chermac are kind, professional, and have incredible talent when it comes to remodeling. They just finished remodeling our bathroom and it's better than we could have imagined. The attention they have to small details is incredible. The retexture wall work they did matches the existing wall perfectly, I can't even tell where they patched the wall! I can't find a trace of stray paint marks anywhere. They have extensive knowledge on quality materials and even recommended color schemes that made our bathroom pop.
