Simply, I asked to the lady that book the appointment for service to talk to the service manager, my husband and I called five times every time they were telling us someone will call you And so far, we are five days out and never got a phone call. I would not recommend taking my car wasting time Energy and possibly money for no a definite answer! I’m assuming this is coming from Their managers, they are trained their employees to do so A Hyundai Lost us as a customer, and I hope the corporate aware of their behaviors and bad customer service not recommended to do such a business here For the record to whom ever Reading my review I Have a 2017 ELANTRA That Possible need an engine replacement but you just lost the business here

He just earned a really bad review. I tried to reach out to their service department. I called five times and waited two hours to get a phone call back. I even reached out and left a message to the GM regarding their service. Nobody called or responded. I needed to conduct business with Hyundai for their product regarding a recall, and they never got back to us not a recommended place.

Joe Slattery is great. He takes great care of my car every single time I drop it off here, and recently my checked engine light came on, and I scheduled an appointment at the wrong dealership, but he was still able to accommodate me and fix my car without me having to wait any longer. Great team, and great service department. I always appreciate your help

I recently had my Ioniq6 serviced and my advisor Joseph Slattery took exceptional care of me from the time I walked in the door to drop my vehicle off to picking it up. I was not aware I had a few recalls and he mad sure they were taken care of and addressed all of my concerns. I was offered a loaner since the car had recalls but did not need it. Joseph communicated with me via text while my vehicle was being serviced and notified me as soon as it was ready. I picked up my car with no issues and I'm grateful for the exceptional service. **Update- My husband was able to speak with Brian. He and Jojo made things right. Too bad that it comes to leaving a review for it to happen though. Those 2 were great and had wonderful communication skills. Only updated to 3 stars because of all the other frustrating encounters we have had. **This is the MOST frustrating service department I have EVER had to deal with. They have no communication skills. I would get rid of our Hyundais just so I wouldn’t have to deal with this place again. Anytime we take our cars in, we have to call to see when our car will be complete. They do not proactively contact us. We have had several occasions where they said our car would be complete same day and it wasn’t. Their Customer Service is non existent. We would call over and over until we finally get someone. I feel like they use the same excuse over and over that their systems went down. You would think they would communicate that with customers. We have tried to leave the service manager messages but we never receive a call back. The only reason for 2 stars is because recently we had an issue and Gilbert, the General Manager, called us back and actually helped us. Fast forward to today. For the 2nd time in 6 months our check engine light went on and we believe it’s the fuel injectors AGAIN on our 33k mile Santa Fe. Obviously this service center didn’t correctly fix the issue the first time. We called and left Gilbert 2 messages today and he has yet to contact us. Neither has the Service Manager. Now we are without our car again and they say we can’t bring it in until Monday afternoon. We are about to make a complaint with the State and to Hyundai directly. This Service Center has been a nightmare.
