The staff and Dr. Arenas were so kind and helpful when we rushed our sick dog to their office right before closing even though we had never taken him to their office in the past! We will be changing our vet to their office after such a positive experience!
We made an appointment for our injured dog, and decided to walk-in sooner. Everyone here is super kind and patient. Our vet, Dr. Topham, was fantastic and spent plenty of time with us to ensure we were comfortable and had all the information. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic! Absolutely recommend this facility! Their prices were quite reasonable as well.
The staff at the front desk are horrible. My comment is not from just one isolated incidence. They are all very young for whatever the reason (maybe they cost less?). They lack empathy, are rude, and tend not to follow up and act like they are on a power trip and try to push clients around. You are treated as a $. At this point I feel this office might be best to go to if you just need vaccines. I don't think I would count on them for much else.
