If I could give this “facility,” if you could even call it that, no stars then I would. The place itself was not clean, which we overlooked since my friend needed immediate medical attention. The real issue and reason no one should ever step foot in this place is NURSE PRACTICIONER ORLANDA. ORLANDA was the most unprofessional, and ill fitting nurse I have ever come across. I truly have never experienced this sort of behavior. When we asked further about her “diagnosis” she immediately got defensive, started yelling, got in our face, yes, IN OUR FACE, and then REFUSED US MEDICAL TREATMENT. The only reason I could think of this behavior is because ORLANDA is insecure in her knowledge and clearly felt unqualified to take care of us. After she literally took the medication away, she told us we were stupid, and should leave, walking out of the room. This woman clearly has a lot of issues and should try to get the help she needs. Until then, it is a shame she is called and “medical professional” and should have her license revoked. I will be personally going through the proper channels to see this through. Again this is NURSE PRACTICIONER ORLANDA.

The service here is amazing! Everyone was very kind and patient with me. My provider, Crystal, helped me understand exactly what was happening and walked me through what could help. I also appreciate the medical assistant Evelyn and Receptionist Marleen. They were great in helping me stay calm and progress smoothly!

Not crowded, easy check-in, in and out in under an hour. I’m visiting from Arkansas so this was so much better than trying to locate a doctor for a non emergency but irritating issue that I could not have lived with for 2 weeks.
