★★★★★ Every time I have went to this CareNow urgent care I have been completely satisfied! And that's saying something! It hats to find good medical care in "urgent care" type situations. They're always busy, because they take their time and do things right. A special shout out to Tory(m.a.) her bedside manner and medical care she provides is above and beyond! Dr.Amelia Holmes was the Dr. who I've been treated by on a few occasions and She's really good. Dr.Jackson I saw today and he's also a good Dr. Just wanted everyone to know. ☆☆☆☆☆ 100%! Stephanie

yes I do recommend Charleston and Decatur CareNow urgent Care I'm here and Shaneah the manager, she has been a wonderful job for me and finding information on my shots oh wow I could have two shots but she found the information so I don't have to take two shots and the provider Pat Escamis which is the doctor he has given me great exam. I had problem with elbow abrasions and is doctor has done a culture on the elbow and I don't think the emergency room would have did that. So this a number one spot for my urgent needs ❤️

Fast and efficient service. Thanks for the great customer service. I seen both front desk people go above and beyond for a few patients. As a fellow medical professional you don't always get to see that but know someone seen and acknowledges you kindness.
