The wait time wasn’t long I did my sign in on line and once I got there it took like 5 minutes to get called back.
I came in with a gout. I could hardly move using crutches. Nurse Practitioner Kintana Wixom took really good care of me better than my provider. She gave me the shot and medicine to make me feel better. 2 hours later I was walking again. Nurse Practitioner Kintana Wixom Was very professional, approachable, caring and listens to her patients needs. Also the staff was great and friendly, the atmosphere at the clinic was relaxing for me.
This site has some of the friendliest urgent care staff I've ever met. The provider also answered all my questions, helped fix my issue, and even gave me reading material to prevent it from happening again.
I asked twice if they could be my primary care provider and they said no. 😂 Unfortunate.
