Does the place still exist? How do I find out about the packages they sell?

Debating on leaving a one star review, although my minister did a phenomenal job. The chapel on googles website has their old photos that they do state is from their prior location, but upon viewing googles website they do not have updated pictures of their new venue. Very disappointed to find out on my wedding day that my chapel was not going to look like what was on their own website. Talk about false advertising to begin. It was hot and I did ask them to turn down the ac due to my health issues. They only had a room for me (the bride) and not for my husband. Yes it does say small chapel, but for what? 5 people? The benches only sat maybe two people and I had a party of 25 and barely anyone had a seat. They state they have a professional photographer, but when it came to waiting on my photos after 2-3 weeks, I contacted the chapel at least 3 times and barely getting a response on the last contact. They told me that the professional photographer that took my photos was no longer working for that chapel. So where did my photos go? The boss’ substitute said she would “look for them” I had to send her a reference photo of my husband and I so she knew what to look for and sent me back not even a quarter of the photos taken were sent back to me. My guests and family took better quality photos and actually sent them to me. We didn’t even get our video recording. Not to mention the photographer was outside bad mouthing what package we picked to the best man. Extremely unprofessional. I got the hugs and kisses package which states two bottles of champagne and I only received one. I was too upset about my lost in photos from the ceremony, that I wasn’t even comfortable contacting the chapel about my missing bottle of champagne (Or sparkling whatever they call it) the limo that they used that sits outside, has a lot of noticeable markings which dinges the pathway for the ceremony. I’m still waiting on a return call/text from the boss which has been over a month, about how they could compensate for this. I was suggested this chapel from a friend who even said that she didn’t recognize the venue from this company. All in all, I wouldn’t be suggesting to anyone about this chapel unless the minister was comfortable going to a different location because she did do an awesome job.

Great experience. I would recommend them a thousand times, pictures are included in package and Elvis did an amazing job. He also let a family member record everything due to my mom not being able to make it. It was sweet and simple just how I wanted.

Had the most amazing wedding at Cappella Del Fiore. Nothing was to much trouble and we were treated like royalty. Would highly recommend.

I can’t express enough about how great this company is! First I called set up the time and day I wanted to get married, sent a deposit and everything was very simple. Morning of wedding they text to confirm we will be there they even had a earlier spot and offered it to me if I wanted it. As soon as I arrived they walked me through everything and they did absolutely everything I requested definitely stress-free. As a bride You are automatically stressed but they made everything they could smooth as can be. Big photo props to Elvis he did amazing and Marie my officiant. The marriage bureau was taking a while to submit my marriage license so being the first time going through all this I called the chapel first to see if it was actually turned in. It was actually turned in the next day even though they had 10 days to do so. Since it was taking a while Mari actually picked up my marriage certificate and mailed it to me herself. They are truly amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I Just had my wedding there, and it was perfect!!!! The efficient was awsome, she added a special touch to our ceremony!!! I could not be more happier!!
