I love working at Capability Health & Human Services. I feel like I am a part of a family. My boss and coworkers are invested in me and want to ensure our team succeeds. I always feel supported and valued. Our team works together to ensure the families we serve receive the programs and services they need for their loved ones to succeed. I love working for this organization and it brings me joy every day. I am grateful and blessed to be working at CHHS! It is like the adage says, "when you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life."

My daughter could not say one word let alone associate things with words, before I got my speech therapist Ryan.You can tell when someone enjoys what they do and are passionate and that person is Ryan.He goes above and beyond in communication from planning ahead, to following up, and to even last minute changes.Hannah, my daughter is able to say and associate 15 words in only three months with just 2 visits a month. And ryan is super patient and extremely engaged with hannah. Even when my kid is cranky bcuz of lack of sleep or is just hungry. I'm so grateful for ryan and appreciate everything he has done so far
