I so wish I would have checked reviews before moving forward with this company! They are the worst stay away. They will show up at your house at all hours (even on Sundays). They a job un-done, did things they weren't supposed to do. A 3 day roofing job took 8 days to complete, the roofers were drinking alcohol on my roof. The contract is a joke we were never provided a written estimate as far as cost and nothing spelled out as to what work they were doing. Even asking at least 1/2 dozen times for one. Susan Liu is trying to charge us for things her company did not do in the tune of almost $9,000!! We have no idea who to contact regarding warranty on our roof. They... read full review

I worked with Susan for my small business and I was very pleased with my build out. She gave me a budget and I was able to pick the flooring, paint color, cabinets. Communication was easy and fast.

As a renter, I am unable to file a formal complaint with the Nevada State Contractors' Board, so I will do the next best thing : leave an honest review of C & L Enterprises (Las Vegas) for others to see. Susan Liu, the owner of C & L (and franchisee of Rainbow International...?..), has been - by far - the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Unprofessional is an underuse of the word. Her seeming inability to schedule work crews, inform ANYONE of what's going on, or even return a call or email are all beyond proper description.
