Wow...When I tell you that Dr Hill literally sat on the floor and helped my dog Diesel to calm down and let her do a exam even when he has a super bad ear ache.. From the 1st hello to the good bye they were 100% polite,professional and frankly fun. The front desk, Dr assistant and Doctor made everything soooo easy and affordable... So glad I switched vets. Last one was always cryptic with their pricing BUT NOT these guys. Up front pricing with a common sense explanation...
They’ve been taking amazing care of my pets for the past several years, I’ve lost track. The facility is nice and clean; I appreciate their attention to things, like making sure to use specific spaces only for potentially contagious pets, for easier disinfection. They keep lines of communication open so you don’t have to constantly be brining your pets in for daily updates.

Dr. Elsarelli and the front desk team were amazing! After a frustrating experience with another animal hospital, I called Boca Park Animal Hospital and they were able to help me right away.
I needed a health certificate and a weather acclimation certificate for my dog to fly via air cargo, and Dr. Elsarelli didn’t hesitate at all. They were able to squeeze me in the same day, and Dr. Elsarelli explained the entire process clearly and thoroughly, which really put me at ease.
Thanks to their efficiency and care, my fur baby was able to make her flight on time. I’m so grateful to the entire team!
