Michelle did my silk press and it came out reall silky she taught me how to properly maintain my colored hair and my hair is type 4 hair and i had bad ends and she trimmed and pressed my hair and she took her time with my hair and she was dedicated and she didn’t stop one time , hair was thick and long and she used a lot of good products to help comb out my hair

I went to this salon after seeing the reviews and they are all correct. Michelle has miracle hands. I had two bald spots and she used a product that she knew was right and then treated my hair with thus AMAZING oil. I have had these bald spots for 3 years and in 2 weeks they are fuzzed up and growing in. My hair feels healthy and I cannot believe the progress. Not only does she have miracle hands, but she has a sweet caring spirit that makes me feel like I did in my mother's kitchen getting my hair done as a little girl. I am so happy that I found Michelle. She is great at what she does and is totally honest. I called to get an appointment this afternoon and she fit me into her very busy schedule. She didn’t rush and my braids came out great. The whole time I was there she made me feel welcome and we had some great conversations. Okay…. Where do I began? I’m new to Las Vegas just moved here From Cali La, and I really needed my hair done. I was so scared when I finally booked my appointment. That’s because of all the reviews on other black owned/operated salons. The owners were very rude and sometimes disrespectful. But Michelle is GOD SENT! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. And not to mention my hair is so Fing Bomb. I am so happy I found this lady. She is now my hairstylist. I called the shop and got a day of appointment on a Saturday of all things. I washed my hair because that’s just what I do anyways. And they were fast and efficient made the appointment and was in the chair on less than a hour from booking. Calandra was amazing I wasn’t too sure about the color I bought because I’m not used to doing loud colors but baby when I tell you she laid my edges and took care off me. I can not thank her enough. If I could give negative stars I would. I called about 2 days ago to ask about crochet lox just to ask for when I was ready. Later that day she called me back and harassed me about making a deposit and demanded to know when I wanted it done she also told me not to order the hair on Amazon which would've been significantly cheaper. I did not make the deposit. So I'm finally ready today and we set up a time she tells me to call her when im in the car I do then she says wait 30 mins n meet her at the shop. I did. Then we have to go get the hair she swore I couldn't go alone in that 30 mins I had to wait for her. so I follow her there and she doesn't even come in she said she'll meet me back. Never did called me told me to meet her at the shop I did. We get inside chat a little Michelle is on the phone a lot. First I say I like to leave my edges out she starts trying to style them... horrific. I said can I do it she shrugs continues on the phone. Before she gets started she tells me to take my money out and put it on the table. I'm like excuse me? I'm not doing that I'll pay you when it's done and she's like how am I supposed to know if you have it if I don't see it. So I take out my money and show her still insists I put it on the table saying it's store policy and this is why she doesn't take people without a deposit and because we wasted so much time already I should just do it she brought up the police and how they came many times because of problems as if she was threatening me. I walked out. Worst experience ever I think she's on drugs.
