This company has excellent customer service. Yvette the phone operator is outstanding and very helpful. Joseph I can't say enough about him. Joseph's attention to details in checking my ac units , dryer making noises, he made sure they were up and running before he before he left. Joseph answered all my questions I had asked him. I greatly appreciated him taking the time to answer all my questions. If he had to come back Joseph explained why. I really appreciate this company.

Hello Everyone, I have had BFS for well over ten years and they have always taken such good care of all my household needs. They will take care of any issue covered by the particular coverage contract you have and make sure it is fixed! Yvette, Joe, and Al always make sure things are taken care of! I am writing to share the truth about some of the negative reviews. These individuals do not have an understanding of how things work They are encouraged to get a second opinion . refuse to communicate with us about any concerns, instead, they just want to speak poorly about the company that they really didn’t even hire,

From BFS Home Warranty

It all started when the president of BFS Home Warranty, Crockett Herd, was working as an electrician from 9-5 and taking advantage of any overtime opportunities he was offered to support his family. It was at this time, in 1973 that Mr. Herd had the idea of branching out and providing complete household services to families in the Broward County area. Mr. Herd approached condominiums and homeowners associations with this idea and with his hard work, evident integrity, and passion for helping families, BFS was born. Over the past forty plus years BFS has grown to service 4 states, with 18 local service centers.
