My husband and I purchased carpet from this company in 2020 for our entire upstairs and it is coming up in every room and hallway. We are suppose to have a 4 year installation warranty but now the company has gone out of business. Super unhappy with my ugly wavy carpet and would like to utilize the warranty owed to me. i have called the number listed for all business location in the valley and no luck. I also can't seem to find their business registered to report to the BBB. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

BUYER BEWARE! I will never purchase anything, or recommend this company EVER because of the following: I was looking for an accent tile to put in my kitchen. I had already purchased the tile I was going to install and just wanted to add a little pizzazz. Let me preface this review with: "Sam, the lady that helped me, was very nice and did nothing wrong". She just followed the rules and did what her boss told her to do. THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS. I guess that should have been a clue! Naturally, I found an accent tile that I loved. The tile came in 11.75" x 12" squares, and I wanted 8 of them. They were expensive, but I figured "what the heck, I'm going to have to look at this every day, so why not?" I was then told that I couldn't buy just 8 because they came in a box of 10, and this was a specialty order. Okay, it wouldn't kill me to buy 10. HOWEVER, the shipping (they called it freight) was $120.00!!! This was more than half the price of the accent tile!! I was informed that this was due to the fact that I was only buying material. Apparently, this is the FINE you pay for just buying material with no installation by Best Buy Flooring. Are you kidding me? "No", that's what the boss said it was going to be. On the other hand, if they did the installation, there wouldn't be a freight charge!! Boy, I would hate to see what they charge for 1-2 pallets of material only!! Not only was I getting ripped off on freight, but they wouldn't even deliver the order to the store on Ft. Apache! Nope, I had to drive over to the store on the East side of town, and pick it up myself!! This is an outrageous amount to charge for one small box of accent tiles. I asked if they had a warehouse, and they do. I asked if they had trucks that made deliveries of tile to this warehouse, and the answer was "yes". So I said, "You're telling me, that with all the trucks coming and going, there is no room for this one little box of tile on one of those trucks?" The answer was,"no, this is the price for freight". I needed the tile soon, I wanted the tile, so I paid an outrageous amount for it. The tile was ordered, I wrote a check, and was told the order should arrive in a week. Yes, I paid through the nose --shame on me! Well, 15 days later, I had to call to find out where my order was. I called ALL the phone numbers listed on google, including corporate, and got a fax machine!! I went to the Ft. Apache location where I'd placed the order -- Not Open. Took a picture of the sign on the door that had two phone numbers, called - got a fax. I went back to the store a second time the same day just to make sure, but it was still closed. There was nothing that indicated why they weren't open. There is an address listed on Sunset and I drove there -- no such store. Needless to say, I got a little worried that they may no longer be in business. By the afternoon of the 2nd day I finally got an answering machine and left a message saying if I didn't hear from somebody, I would be taking the next step to dispute this purchase. Well, what do you know, they called me back that afternoon, and said the tile was ready to be picked up. TOO BAD, I actually looking forward to disputing this purchase!! When I thought I might not receive what I had purchased, I spent my evening trying to find this tile elsewhere. I made some calls the next day and found the SAME ACCENT TILE from a company in California, for the price of the freight + $29 SHIPPING!!! Live and learn -- and I did.

If I could give negative stars I would. It's been about two years or so since this company worked on my house (installed tile throughout, carpet in all 4 bedrooms, and remodeled two bathroom showers). Saying my experience was bad is an understatement. The tile was uneven. To the point where I've had people mention it to me when visiting. They left grout haze everywhere which makes the floors look dirty (I finally removed it last month for the most part using degreaser which was so difficult). And now I am currently paying to have one of my remodeled shower floors completely redone because they apparently did not install the drain properly, my plumber could not find evidence that they put hardiebacker down before putting the tile down, AND THEY DID NOT ENSURE THAT THE FLOOR WAS SUPPORTED PROPERLY (they put pieces of plywood y'all! and the bathroom is on our 2nd story).... we had a huge leak because of all of this. They did not finish the job on time (I'm talking months late) and they left our house disgusting. We had moved out for a few months and we came back to beer cans (at least be smart enough to throw them away) and a hot mess. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Not sure if that young man who's dad owns the company is still in charge, but he was the worst. We pointed out all the flaws and he was not helpful at all. It was pointless talking to him. I'm not going back to have the repairs because I do not trust them. The only reason I never wrote a review is because I was so over it and wanting to move on. But too bad their work wouldn't let me :(
