Update!!!!! Great job Best Air Conditioning! Chad Scott was very helpful a solving our issue! The thermostat was wired a certain way and working but had stopped. Chad was able to rewire the thermostat and get our system back working. Thanks again Best Air Conditioning!
NEW VISIT! Google won’t allow multiple reviews so here’s an edit. Had Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing come out and put a new air conditioner on my house. They did a great job on the install and were done in about 4 hours. I was not home during the install, my wife was. So when I got home I went and looked at the work (because I’m that home owner) and noticed some oil on my roof. When I realize it was from the old ac compressor immediately called them back and was like, “Hey, did you let the old ac unit leak all over my roof because it will damage my roof?” The field manager Julio came out and talked to me and assured me that it was like that when they got there. We spoke and I said on 7/9/2026 it was not like that, but I had no pictures to corroborate what I was saying. The installation was on 7/10/2026. We kept on speaking and I was like do you have pictures to corroborate what you are saying and he said no. So he didn’t argue with me and just said what do we need to do to make this right and followed what my roofer requested be done to remedy the problem. Mid way through the team at Best Air Conditioning cleaning my roof I was doing some investigating online and saw that it is possible for an AC compressor to explode at the terminals even it is not running but energized. We ended up looking at the terminals on the Old AC compressor and they were blown out. We concluded that sometime between when I looked at the ac unit the day before and the next morning is when the compressor exploded. So in all Best Air Conditioning went above and beyond to do right by me and I very appreciative that they handled the situation the way they did. Thank you Julio and the team at Best Air Conditioning!

I have a few concerns dating from 2022 when $11,000 HVAC system was delivered with a large dent on one side, being naive I allowed them to install with an employee saying they’d replace it with a new panel. Long story short, after install it started hissing and they had to remove it with the crane, rescheduling delivery of a unit that wasn’t CLEARLY damaged. More recently had two appts. rescheduled on day of appts. due to ‘emergencies’.I believe their technicians are proficiently skilled but that their overriding interest is selling product or repair.

They arrived quickly to asses my AC issues. Had a new compressor i stalled within a few days. Some other issues came up like a failing actuator on a damper and the control board for the zoning system. They found a compatible replacement for both and installed them a week later. These were expensive repairs, at least they arebfor me. Financing is available through them which is the route i had to go. Could have gotten a better interest rate if i had time to secure my own loan but time was of the essence. Thank you Best for getting my house cool again.
