I keep getting phone calls from random people asking if I own this establishment and I never step foot in that business. I've tried calling them but their phones is disconnected

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to, horrible service, I went there for a gel fill and came out with half my nails ripped off. I spent an hour there and The guy that tried to do my nails, had no idea what he was doing, I asked the person I think was the owner for help and she didn’t even try to make things right so I had to just get up and leave, terrible place definitely not going back! Shame on the customer service they have I would give it a -0, worst experience on a nail salon ??

Apparently the shop is under new ownership and the hair stylist doesn't work for them anymore. I called last week & set up an appt for updo & lashes for a wedding I had this past Saturday. When I got there, I was told they only do nails now & the hair person books her own appts. Sometimes she comes, sometimes not. I waited over 20 mins and one of the nail techs gave me the name of another salon. It was extremely rude, unprofessional and just wrong, to set an appt up and then not show!!!! I'd planned my whole day around this and it was very disappointing.
