The Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort was a gorgeous venue for my friend's wedding this past summer.Talk about gorgeous! The resort is about 30 minutes away from the Strip and is a real escape from the glitz and glamour facade of the mega hotels. The surrounding nature was stunning from the mountains to the well maintained golf course and mini ponds spread throughout.Ceremony was held outside in a beautiful courtyard that faced the mountains. Next door was their banquet hall with floor to ceiling windows, bringing in plenty of natural lighting as we ate and danced into the evening. I am a Las Vegas local who attempts to get out once a week & play as much as I can around a hectic work schedule. The day before Thanksgiving I had the absolute please of playing the Wolf Course. This location is 100% worth a little bit of a drive! Truly an oasis in the desert! Every bit of the course was in great shape from the tee-boxes, fairways, the roughs and some fast challenging greens. Get there a little early because the food was very good too!
