I really had high hopes for this company as our last two vendors could no longer service our complicated glass front (double) door which is also tied into other systems (fire system monitoring company). We had dealt with them before in the past, so I was banking on the experience. In the beginning, they were pretty responsive (there were a few other technicians that assisted the regular one; I remembered the senior one had come out here before, years ago). They changed out the sensor, but there was an issue with it, so it turns out, they had to change it out several times; the warranty on it was for one year. VERY PROFESSIONAL! It's refreshing now a days that people still care to take care of customers! They came they fixed-good as new and left no mess behind! Attentive and punctual! Thanks Definitely recommend to everyone in need!

We have used them for our home and two of our offices and could not have been happier! From the front office staff, installers and management we are always treated like we are their best customer. We especially love Caecie! We have never had an issue with any job. We have used them for custom mirrored closet doors; shower glass, replacement home windows, resealing leaking office windows and a custom glass logo for the front office. We wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you!
