This company is a fraud. They do nothing but take your money and then refuse to cancel your account. They have provided me with nothing in the 5 months they've been taking my money. No list, no live calls, no postcards. Is there anything worse then this? YES, their customer service. Extremely unprofessional, will not communicate by email as they do not want any paper trail; everything needs to be done "over-the-phone" and when they do respond to a request their response is simply to call them, oh but let's not forget the smileys! they often forget they are speaking to CEOs, business owners, educated individuals and not their high school friends.
