I put in for a quote from 3 top rated locksmiths. The only on that even hot back in touch with me was Ameristar Locksmith. I sent them pictures of the 2 locks in question. The quoted me what the cost was, and options to re-key the lock or replace them. Since they were old and in poor condition, I decided to replace them both. I was told someone would be getting in touch with me. No sooner than I finished the text. My phone rang, it was they're technician Tom. He said he could be here in 20 minutes. I locked myself out of the house after the garage did not open. Called Ameristar and the technician Tom responded quickly. He knew my dog was inside, kept me calm, explored a variety of options. He was so professional and I felt at ease. He solved the problem efficiently and even found the problem with our garage door opener. It was the positive experience I needed after a rough day. I could not have asked for a better technician. Thank you!!
