Took a week over a week to have a simple patch done and I assume the tailer or whomever is off site but after 3pm pick is extremely inconvenient especially when you only have a 2 or 3 hour window to make it to pick up. Service was good and the staff seemed friendly just kinda disappointed in the overall service of the product im paying for. Only tried this tailer out because my older tailer closed but I would look elsewhere.

The man working there was kind, but my hem was not worth $30. It’s uneven right in the front and also has the end stitching showing in the back. Bummed. Unfortunately won’t return and wish I could get a refund.

I’ve been coming to this Cleaner for over 15 years never had a problem. I love the customer service and prices are reasonable as well . My wife has her business suits and dress pants tailored at this location. Highly recommend these cleaners, friendly and diligent.

I recently had a long gown dry cleaned here, and it came back in perfect condition. It took a few days, but it was worth it. The cost was fair, and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and professional. I'll be back!

If I could I give them zero horrible service. I recently took them a jumpsuit to get it tailor and they return it with one side longer than the other one part had to be sew it was not well sew. I went back to tell them what they did not did well and the guy was finding excuses to justify themselves second time I went to pick it up still not well sew or tailor.

After my wife took her one-piece outfit with shoulder strings to be altered, we were disappointed to find that one of the strings had been cut and stapled back onto the top, with no change in length. Concerned about the quality of the work, we returned to the shop to discuss the matter. The person at the counter responded defensively and shifted the blame onto us. As paying customers, we believe it is reasonable to expect the service we paid for without encountering such issues. This establishment is overpriced for their quality of work. Go somewhere else.
