Great communication and customer to start with. Explained pricing up front, and that was the price I paid. No upselling or pressure for more and more. Juan was super professional when he arrived. Explained what he would be doing and then set about doing. He was efficient and friendly. They were a bit more expensive than some others but they offer a guarantee to come right back at no more cost if I see any pests. Highly recommend this company.

Great communication from the quote process to appointment booking, to the tech coming out. Cameron was excellent! Super professional and polite, reached out to let me know we were next on his schedule, asked us about any concerns we had and actually listened then assured us he’d take care of the baby scorpions we’d been seeing. He took down several webs in our garage area as well. Glad we selected Alta and hope Cameron will be our regular tech
