My entire AC/Heating and thermostat system needed to be replaced asap, and Alpha Air was an excellent choice to do this. Professional and friendly, I recommend this company to anyone needing similar repairs.
We have been with Alpha Air for over five years. Our AC compressor stopped working last night, texted Alpha Air, they responded right away. Artur was here the next day, with a replacement part that was covered by our warranty. Outstanding service!!!
It is never a good time for an AC to fail in 110 degree weather in Las Vegas. I immediately called Alpha Air and they came out to diagnose the issue. However, we decided to purchase a whole new AC and Furnace system with a full 10-year warranty for peace of mind versus repairing our old unit. While we were waiting for our appointment date, Alpha Air brought over a portable AC unit for us to use until our new system is up and running. Talk about customer service!
