We have been with Alpha Air for over five years. Our AC compressor stopped working last night, texted Alpha Air, they responded right away. Artur was here the next day, with a replacement part that was covered by our warranty. Outstanding service!!!
It is never a good time for an AC to fail in 110 degree weather in Las Vegas. I immediately called Alpha Air and they came out to diagnose the issue. However, we decided to purchase a whole new AC and Furnace system with a full 10-year warranty for peace of mind versus repairing our old unit. While we were waiting for our appointment date, Alpha Air brought over a portable AC unit for us to use until our new system is up and running. Talk about customer service! What an amazing company with great communication services for their clients. They constantly kept me informed as to when my service date was, when the technician was approaching, and were perfectly crystal clear when it came time for any needed repairs with upfront invoices and cost showing what work needed to be done and getting my permission before doing the work. There was nothing I could say but great things about this company who did a wonderful job on my air-conditioning system and were so honest and truthful.
