I had a quirky electrical problem with my A/C unit, the HVAC guy traced it to an electrical issue, and I was connected with Allegiant Electric to help me out. Anthony Vigil, the PRESIDENT of the company was out on a personal errand, and his dispatcher contacted him directly. He was at my home within minutes. His years of experience an patience solved the problem without any expensive repairs. A truly customer-focused organization and I will call on Allegiant anytime I have an electrical failure in the future.

I never write reviews but I felt like this needed to be shared. I had an appointment in Thursday but then the office rescheduled for today between 1-3pm. I never got a call and no one showed up. I called the office and no one showed up. After this incident the owner called and was apologetic. The electrician was able to come today and fix what was needed to be fixed. He was nice and professional. I am happy with the service. Thank you again.

Recently had lights in parking lot switched over to LED as well as hook up electricity to a trailer I was powering via a generator. Both tech that came out were very professional and completed work in a timely manner. I was issued a quote for the work prior to starting and in the end, the work did not exceed the original price.
