Their mistake is where they won me over (see last 3 paragraphs) --------- I have a large single story home built in the 1990s that needed the underlayment replaced. Big job - there was a full crew here for over a week.
They used premium materials - all new wood battens, didn't try to re-use any of the old ones. They used a lifetime warranty synthetic underlayment, which I also appreciated. The bid was in line with my lowest other bid so I didn't pay extra.

AllState Roofing did a great job roofing our house. We stayed in the house while the work was being done and it was not loud. Each day the crew cleaned up the yard of any debris. Our house looks great! Thanks AllState

After a major wind storm there were so many shingles on the ground. I knew that it was time to submit an insurance claim. I had 4 different companies submit a bid for a roof replacement and also got the estimate of coverage from the insurance company.
I selected this company not because they were the lowest bid (they were in the middle) but because Mike the owner spent a lot of time explaininng every step of the process without talking down to a woman. I must say that I have been extremely happy with this company and all of their work crew. They have been very courteous, professional and did not mess around getting the work completed.
