Very pleased that my home warranty company assigned Air Squad to fix my running toilet. I was contacted within an hour of putting in my service request, and got an appointment the next day. John was prompt and helpful. I liked that he let me watch what he was doing. Because my toilet has proprietary parts, they needed to be ordered. A few days later, John came back with the part, but found that there was another part that needed replaced. He went off to try to purchase it, but because Kohler is Kohler, the entire mechanism needed replaced. These guys are great. My tech, John Villa went above and beyond to get the job done. I had an important appointment and he did everything to ensure I made it. Including running to a Lowe’s in my neighborhood to grab a part to get it done quickly.
This was the best company I ever used for replacing my AC unit. They were very honest used my warranty and were truthful about the cost. I I highly recommend this company and so grateful for their service. Best decision I ever made which was using air squad for the most challenging decisions, in owning a home.
