Very pleased that my home warranty company assigned Air Squad to fix my running toilet. I was contacted within an hour of putting in my service request, and got an appointment the next day. John was prompt and helpful. I liked that he let me watch what he was doing. Because my toilet has proprietary parts, they needed to be ordered. A few days later, John came back with the part, but found that there was another part that needed replaced. He went off to try to purchase it, but because Kohler is Kohler, the entire mechanism needed replaced. He came back to my house to give me the update and promised to have his office contact me when the mechanism was located. John personally called me that evening to say he'd located it, and that he expected to pick it up and be able to install it the next afternoon. He texted me the next morning to tell me he had the mechanism in hand. He arrived earlier than expected, and put all the new parts/mechanisms into the toilet. He cleaned out the tank, left the area clean, and it works like a charm. I appreciate John's tenaciousness and follow up. I would call this company myself after this. I'm glad AHS assigned my service call to Air Squad.

These guys are great. My tech, John Villa went above and beyond to get the job done. I had an important appointment and he did everything to ensure I made it. Including running to a Lowe’s in my neighborhood to grab a part to get it done quickly.

I paid for a service call for 10 minutes of work. Technician named Gary showed up and told him all about my concerns like noise and it shuts down frequently during summer time. He checked it and said it works just fine. I also told him that had some issues up in the attic like rust and corrosion and some air duck leaks! He did not do anything with it! I called AHS and discussed all my concerns. Bad Service!!!

Air Squad was amazing! John was easy to work with, very accommodating and he did an excellent job. I definitely recommend him! He replaced a water heater and had to replace the water shut off valve that was broken. Both working fine.

This was an AHS warranty request. I was called the next day and even offered a same day appointment! I wasn’t in a position to do same day but John was able to come out the next day. He called me when he was on his way. John was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it. Whole process took about 45 minutes. Very efficient and most importantly, the toilet is fixed!
